What This Mod Does:
This mod allows you to have a cheaper Butler. I have also edited the file to allow Butlers to be 'recurrent'. What I have found is that the Butler stays at your house instead of leaving after one week so they are pretty much permanent. If you don't want a recurring Butler, I still edited the file so that it will be most likely that the same Butler will continue to show up to that specific household. For those of you who don't want a cheaper butler but do want a permanent live in butler, I also attached just a 'recurring' version. There are also versions that disallow cooking. This means that the Butler will never cook for your Sims.

Hidden Skills Unhidden by gobot101
ElliotDX made a mod that unhides the hidden skills. It was a nice mod, but it's not been updated since before Late Night came out, so I made my own.
This mod will unhide all the hidden skills. This means you will see a progress bar over your sim's head like when they are gaining any other skill. They also will show up in you sim's skill journal. They don't have a real icon, but rather just a fading dot and when you check them in the skill journal, they will be labeled as "Hidden _____ Skill." You also won't receive a award certificate for mastering these skills.

Deletable Mailbox Mod by Cmo
This simple mod makes the default mailbox deletable, and buy-able from the catalog, like most objects. This is so you can replace it with custom mailboxes. Its location in catalog is Outdoor/Lawn Ornaments, price 0 simoleons. Install as you would normally install any package file. This mod will only conflict with mods that alter the OBJD of the default mailbox.

WARNING: I strongly advise against playing with NO mailbox. The purpose of this mod is to make the mailbox replaceable. I you screw up your game playing with no mailbox its your own fault because I warned you.
